The food was either over or under cooked. The service was very slow, we waited more than 30 minutes for my son's brisket noodle soup. We'll lit, decent decor, not too loud. The new space feels much too large for them

New location, same restaurant - plus some familiar faces from other near by Chinese restaurants on staff. Taste is subjective….ordered an array of dim sum and 2 regular dishes for a broader experience. The taro and shrimp and the stuffed taro was good. Everything else - was unfortunately meh at best - the sui mai was tasteless, chicken and eggplant was sweet and pan fried like any other greasy spoon take out, the salt and pepper pork chop was weird - covered in a fluorescent yellow batter. Service was also undesirable - and we knew people there. I saw people sit and after waiting - left. Not one table - but at least 2. The staff was disorganized and unfocused. Feels like no one knew what others were doing. Didn’t feel like anyone was in charge. This is NOT a new restaurant - it’s been around - but a new location. It took 75 minutes from when we received our first dish to the last - even asking several times. But it’s new and still feels new. Some people may like this type of food preparation - but from someone who grew up on Chinese food - not my go to. Room for improvement and may be worth a revisit some time down the road.

Decided to order take out last night 8/29/26 it was our first time ordering since changing locations and it will be the last time. I have never not ever finished Chinese food. $72.00 for salt and pepper spare ribs with no meat, yellow rice with pork because it was definitely not fried, the green beans were bland and the stir fry noodles were the only thing worth eating. What a disappointing dinner ,they need to go back to the old location and look for their old recipes.

It’s an incredible dim sum restaurant with such a large and beautiful space. The restaurant has some really nice artwork and decorations that make the atmosphere feel very welcoming. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious with a great variety of dim sum options. It’s definitely one of the largest dim sum restaurants in south Florida, and the combination of the atmosphere, service, and food makes it a place I would happily come back to. Highly recommend checking it out!

I had high expectations and was in much anticipation for months and months for Toa Toa. They closed for some time and then reopened at another location on Pine Island. Took my spouse and parents to try this restaurant out. It was quick to get seated and the front entrance having two koi ponds was a good first impression. However it was a severe disappointment as it went downhill from there. The server forgot to input our order of seven items on the computer. We were mainly drinking tea and chatting for 50 minutes. Turns out our order wasn’t even being cooked or being prepared. We found out around 52nd minute mark, and once my parents got up and started walking out we followed suit. Even though it was the soft opening weekend they need to do better.
